Responsibilities

Responsible for the growth performance of merchants for each category.
Negotiate top deals with merchants for various customer engagement tools.
Collaborate with merchants to ensure proper execution of plans.
Create and organize commercial campaigns.
Understand the product category offline trends and identify commercia opportunities.
Establish relationships and driving negotiations with merchants.
Management of merchants communication programs and initiatives.
Incubate merchants to understand a business process.
Collaborate with sales coordinator to create SKUs information.

Qualifications

Experience of E-Commerce/Retail merchandising or buying experience at a relevant company (preferably within a digital channel)
Ambitious team player with drive and willingness to take own initiative and take decisions.
Strong independent problem-solving skills, must be oriented toward problem resolution and improvements.
Well managed multitasking skills.
Be able to work in tough situations.
