Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the growth performance of merchants for each category. 
  • Negotiate top deals with merchants for various customer engagement tools. 
  • Collaborate with merchants to ensure proper execution of plans. 
  • Create and organize commercial campaigns. 
  • Understand the product category offline trends and identify commercia opportunities. 
  • Establish relationships and driving negotiations with merchants. 
  • Management of merchants communication programs and initiatives. 
  • Incubate merchants to understand a business process. 
  • Collaborate with sales coordinator to create SKUs information.

Qualifications

  • Experience of E-Commerce/Retail merchandising or buying experience at a relevant company (preferably within a digital channel) 
  • Ambitious team player with drive and willingness to take own initiative and take decisions. 
  • Strong independent problem-solving skills, must be oriented toward problem resolution and improvements. 
  • Well managed multitasking skills. 
  • Be able to work in tough situations.
