About the job

The Front-End Developer will focus on designing and developing BUZZEBEES’s CRM platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Responsibilities include building responsive, user-friendly interfaces, optimizing performance, and collaborating with the design and back-end teams. The role demands attention to detail, a strong understanding of modern front-end technologies, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the user interface for BUZZEBEES’s CRM platform, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement interactive, responsive, and visually appealing web applications.
  • Optimize application performance for speed and scalability across devices and browsers.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Debug and resolve issues, including cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.
  • Ensure the application adheres to accessibility and usability standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and apply them to enhance the CRM platform.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Support ongoing updates and improvements based on user feedback and business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, preferably in CRM or similar web applications.
  • Proficiency in modern front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
  • Strong knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
  • Experience with responsive design and development, ensuring compatibility across devices.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
